And here we are, sharing with you the creation of this very special sourdough starter kit.

It has everything you need to begin your sourdough journey.

For starters^🙂, we include a custom manufactured, perfectly sized, straight-walled glass jar with a thoughtfully designed lid that keeps contaminants out but lets air in; a rubber o-ring to mark your starter’s pre-expansion level after feeds, and a silicone spatula to mix starter and clean the jar sides. Then it wouldn’t be complete without the Dry Sourdough Starter with instructions on how to prepare it for baking.
