Orders Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or any other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. DutchmansStore.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any or no reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is ready for shipment.

Privacy Policy

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, address, email address, credit card information and phone number. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. Private Customer information such as credit card information etc. will not be kept on file at anytime. We use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time and to provide you with a personal shopping experience.

Shipping Policy

During checkout you elect to have your order delivered to you via UPS or other similar company. All shipping rates will be determined at time of shipment. Shipping time for most orders will be 1- 4 business days, provided that the product ordered is in stock. Orders will not be processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, or major holidays. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Goods:

Other Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

For a refund or an exchange, simply send your item(s) back to Dutchman’s Store along with your name and phone number. Please also let us know whether a refund or an exchange is desired. Once received, your request will be processed as quickly as possible.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that smells like smoke.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it is damaged or defective. (If that is the case, please contact our customer service as described above.) Shipping costs for returns that are not damaged or defective are non-refundable.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, DutchmansStore.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, DutchmansStore.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. You will be under no obligation to accept an order for which the price was posted incorrectly.
