Cheddar Broccoli and Rice is a traditional side dish favorite! Combining creamy cheddar cheese and broccoli gives this rice a flavor that is hard to resist. Try adding browned hamburger to the prepared rice to create a classic cheeseburger-like meal that is sure to be a hit.
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add rice blend, stir and return to a boil. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat, cover and let steam for 8-12 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
OPTION: 1 Tbsp. butter or oil may be added to the water before the rice blend is added.
