Natural Amish Macaroni Salad Mix features sweet-and-sour mustard and sweet peppers.
Easy to prepare, the traditional recipe requires only water and mayonnaise to complete the dressing, and is combined with macaroni and chopped hardboiled eggs.
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup water
1 cup Natural Amish Macaroni Salad Mix
1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
3-4 hard boiled eggs – peeled and chopped
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, water, and Amish Macaroni Mix. Add macaroni and chopped eggs. Fold together until dressing is evenly distributed. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
