The VKP1130 Stainless Steel Multi-Use Canner is the ultimate in canning versatility.
The clad bottom works great on all cook surfaces including induction. The built-in Temperature Indicator features 3 color-coded elevation settings to help insure correct processing by either steam or water bath method. Tempered glass lid with steam vents.Multi-use stainless steel canner can be used for steam or water bath canning, or as a stock pot. The lid has an integrated temperature indicator to let you know it is up to temperature and ready to start the processing time. Tempered glass lid has two vent holes. Silicone handles. Process up to 7 Qt. or 8 Pt. jars per batch. The pot has a flat bottom which can be used on any stove top including induction cooktops.
