Making your own Donuts at home is easy. – just add water and yeast to this mix

Directions:

  1. Dissolve 2 tablespoons yeast in 2 cups warm water.
  2. Mix in 2 1/4 lb. (approximately 7 cups) donut mix.
  3. Let rise 1 hour.
  4. Cut, and let rise until double.
  5. Fry at 375.
  6. Makes approximately 38 donuts.
Ingredients: Enriched Wheat Flour Bleached (flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Dextrose, Soybean Oil, Salt, Leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda), Soy Flour, Dry Whey, Mono & Diglycerides, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Nonfat Dry Milk, Corn Oil, Beta Carotene as Color, Enzymes, Alpha Tocopherols as Preservative, Eggs.
