Ohio Stoneware Preserving Crock Weight Set – 2 pc.

This weight set consists of two semi-circular stones designed to fit Ohio Stoneware’s Crock ware.

The weights are unglazed and used for food preservation. The stones rest on top of food inside of the crock to keep food in the brine for proper fermentation.

The 2 Gallon Crock and 2 Gallon Crock Cover are sold separately! You can also purchase the complete  Crock Starter Kit, which includes the crock, cover, and weights to keep food submerged for safe, efficient pickling and fermenting.
