    The product is great. However, if you order more than one 2 lb. bag, they will package 2 bags together. MAKE SURE YOU WEIGH THEM. I had several 2-packs, all of which weighed around 3.5 lbs (should have been 4 lbs). The one single 2 lb bag I received was 2 lbs. Watch those 2-packs.

    I did contact the company, and they did refund me for the missing salt (which was about 2 lbs. worth).

    This is a suggestion. I would really like to see Durum flour as an item to be on the mail order list. Can that happen? What has to happen to get it on the list? Thank you.
