This seasoning blend is made from ground dried chilies, coriander, cumin, garlic, oregano and other herbs and spices. Depending on how much is used in a recipe, this spice can range from mild to hot. Chili powder is most often used in chili, egg and cheese dishes, soups, stews, and Mexican dishes.  No MSG added
