I have not tried it yet. When I get leg cramps I will definitely take my first shot for that is the reason I purchased it. I am sure it will work since I have tried this vinegar/ginger/garlic mix before (other brand) and it worked. I give 5 points for the smooth handling of my purchase…:-),
