Buckwheat Pancake Mix

To make buckwheat pancakes simply mix 1 cup of Buckwheat Pancake Mix with ¾ cup of water to create warm and fluffy golden pancakes that your whole family is sure to love!

Buckwheat pancakes are good served with fresh fruit and honey or with maple syrup for a delicious and filling breakfast.

Directions:

3/4 cup water
1 cup mix
Mix until batter is smooth. (Do not overmix). Pour batter onto heated griddle. (375F)
When top of pancake is bubbly, turn over. Heat till done.
