Purchase of the card went well, then we tried to use it and the store informed us the card was empty. A moment of panic but everyone at the store was very polite and helpful. Just a matter of a few minutes of our time, we showed the receipt and pulled the order up on the computer and they promptly corrected the error. This was not our first time purchasing a gift card and this incident will not deter us from purchasing another in the future.
We love everything about this store, the products, the prices and last, but not least, the people.
